Pizza Hut - Horn Lake

Cold, sliding around the box looks like he tried to get into the box and the driver forgot my drink. had to come back, the manager was rude and only offered $8 discount, back the pizza and wait another hour for a new one. No thanks

Too high a cost for bad service and pizza that screams we have gotten complacent because we are popular. 3 bad experiences is a strike out for me.

The pizza was good, the price was too much, $16 for a big cheese pizza. I could go to a premium pizza shop and a cheese pizza cheaper than that. Be careful when you have to cross the road to go, people fly through there and will not stop crossing for you. They took 45 minutes to make the food when they told me it was 15 to 20 minutes. Domino is down the street is much better, and probably where I will go in the future.

Placed an order with this franchise at 6:04 at 7:08, I called to check my order, they said I placed my order for execution. something I never do. I always deliver. The manager had a bad attitude and hit the phone down after I told her to cancel my order. Never again

The restaurant is in a vibrant location with a diverse clientele. Their delivery area extends from Holmes Street in Memphis to Starlanding in Nesbit. During peak hours, the wait can be lengthy, but the fresh food and reasonable prices make it worth it. They are currently undergoing renovations, and the new look is very appealing. I highly recommend Pizzahütte!
