Burger King - Horn Lake

Wait in the car thru for ten minutes at 7:50AM to 01/24/2021. When I pulled the drive thru, I saw the store to make sure they were open. I have seen a woman running for the thru drive (bubble orders). She watched my car when I woke up. I have the speaker and nothing. I called out and nothing. Disappointed. I wanted to breakfast Burger King this morning. Unfortunately, I have to go somewhere else because the woman decides I don't have a Burger King Breakfast today. I'm actually sitting on the speaker when I write it and pulled a car behind me. I decided to move to the window. Light on and everyone is?hiding.? I'd rather spend my money with McDonald.

The pass was a few times cold, which is different, but I like this location-friendly team.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was raw!! I was halfway through the sandwich before I knew. The lady said they didn't use the timer so they didn't cook completely. Sad we can't cook without timer today. I know it's standard protocol, but if you forget the timer on at least make sure it cooked first!

Slow service at night. Order was for no tomatoes, sandwich had tomatoes on it. Food was hot, quality great. We would return there.

I like the chicken sandwich the most! As for dressing, I choose mayonnaise on top of it. Usually, it takes a very short time to get your order and I had never a bad experience with them taking orders. One other thing that interests me is that this place is always full of customers and it means what they have is FRESH!!! Never go to a restaurant with no customers, because you don't know how long the produce was waiting on someone to order so that it could be used. Like what I said before, this Branch serves you with respect, quality and hospitality.
