Santa Cecilia - Horizon City

This is the worst restaurant you can eat at. The menu prices are deceiving as they overcharge you once you pay. They also charge extra for condiments without informing you beforehand. The food is extremely greasy, the service is lousy, and the owner is extremely rude. On top of all this, they charge you twice with no apology and argue with you. This place is very loud, lacks manners and education. It is overpriced and not worth spending your money on.

Came to have some brunch after golfing! Everything was amazing!! The service was fast and friendly and the chilaquiles are now my favorite in all of El Paso!

Visited for the first time in 2018 and didn't like the food, I figured it could have been a fluke though. Didn't re visit until 2022; my first impression should've held up as the second visit wasn't any better. Food has no flavor, tacos were bland and the caldo wasn't any better. Even 4 years apart, the food has had no improvement, wouldn't recommend this place

There?s barely any meat for 4 tacos that I paid almost 10 dollars for . Then the quesadilla gringa taste like straight up grease ?. The customer service was great though . All the ladies where super nice . But the food is trash

Very nice restaurant, friendly service, very good tacos, and chilled rellenos. I will try to come back again.
