I work for a very large velocity winemakergtlinshoffen we harvest more than 2 months and we have their barquettes every day (more than 30 meals / day) , the quantities are never the same from one barquette to another, the vegetables too cooked or not enough , the meats are pretty good on some barquettes and others are full of fat and nerves at 50% . The worst part is that a colleague has even found a debris of porcelain in his dish. Too bad the years pass and I'm good.
