Domino's Pizza - Hopkins

I?ve been a repetitive customer, and never shorted a tip. I called to make an order and was completely mocked by the cashier. I?ve never felt so uncomfortable ordering over the phone.

Won 't order from the Minnetonka location again. I ordered buffalo wings and barely got any buffalo sauce on it. I called the store and spoke with a guy and told him about it and he said sorry,, we have new people and they are just learning. (no one doesquality checks? he said, I can credit your account and put an order of wings on your account. So, I moved on to the phillycheese baked sandwich I ordered. There was hardly any meat at all. I was eating green peppers and bread basically. I calledthe store again and asked for the manager and the supposed manager was rude and sarcastic with terrible customer serviceskills. I told him about the wings and sandwich and he said we do everything in proportion. I said so, we barely get sauce onthe wings now? He sarcastically said you 're totally welcome to buy extra sauce cups with your order they 're only 70 cents extra. What terrible management. I also like my food hot, the food was not hot either. Note to self, when you 're too lazy tocook, don 't ever buy from that location again!

We had friends over tonight prepping for my granddaughters baby shower. What better way to feed the crew than a pizza....Domino's was definitely up to the task...everyone was satisfied!

Horrible quality , consistency and customer service is another worst part of the store. Ordered speciality buffalo chicken pizza from the store and it was too dry and over burnt and impossible to eat. Placed a customer complaint to Domino's and got back acase id but no response afterwards. Ordered from the store again and they told I can call them for next order and deduct theorder cost as they can't do it for current order. Next time while I ordered and called the store the guy over phone said henever saw my orders in the past and can't entertain the coupon. Over top of that he was too rude and made silly jokes andinsulted me when I went to pickup the order. Would give negative rating for customer service.

Got a deal for two medium pizzas, cinnamon sticks, 2 liter in bread bites. They never called the number that they told me they were on their way on. They didn't give me any sauce with the bread bites or cinnamon sticks. In they had to come back a thirdtime because they forgot my drink. Whoever answered the phone when I called was rude like it wasn't a matter
