Bidrage med feedbackAbsolutely do not go to this location. Myself and at least 5 others ordered through the app and ended up waiting 30 to 40 minutes. Orders were getting mixed up, not made at all, and they ran out of multiple ingredients without telling people, hopingthat they just wouldn't notice. Once I finally got my order at 640,when it should have been done at 610, I brought it home notonly to find out it was cold, but it was also completely wrong (except for the chips). Absolutely will be driving the next 10minutes extra the other way to avoid this location in the future.
The young lady working the line all by herself, start to finish (including taking money) did a great job... I could see other employees messing around in back, but no one helped her. This indifferent attitude is consistent at Chipotle locations aroundthe area, but the food at this location tends to be better than the others.
Weirdest experience ever. Stood in line behind 4 people for close to 15 minutes. Not one person was helped. At least 5 people working (one who diligently restocked the entire line of food). No employees made eye contact. Not one person customer oremployee said a single word. Not a single bowl or burrito assembled despite the aforementioned full restocking. Left after 15minutes and the line was out to the door. No idea if anyone ended up getting food.
It doesn't matter the time of day that you go in you will always be in line a minimum of 20 minutes. Almost always when I go here they are out of something. Today they were out of cheese. A few weeks ago they were out of all meat and cheese (how canyou be open? . I stood in line for over 20 minutes as one person was there helping all of the customers. I saw at least fouremployees in the back doing basically nothing. This shows very poor customer service and makes it seem like you don't care forproviding efficient, good service to your customers. Kudos to the young person behind the counter taking care of each customerby themself.
The young woman working the line by herself did an excellent job, even handling payments. I noticed other employees wandering around in the back, but none came to assist her. This lack of support seems to be a recurring issue at Chipotle locations, but I must say that the food here is better than at others I’ve visited.
