Cafe Zupas - Hopkins

It's been a couple of years since my last visit to a Zupas, but I just stopped by for dinner, and wow, I've been missing out! This location truly sets a high standard. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff, who assisted me throughout the ordering process. They even offered me samples of the soups and provided recommendations for dessert. The team was incredibly helpful and quick, and I must say, the food was phenomenal—I had forgotten just how delicious the soups are here! I will definitely be returning soon. The food was absolutely delicious. The ordering process is similar to that of Subway, making it very straightforward. I really appreciate that they include pictures of all the menu items, eliminating any guesswork. I opted for the Choose 2 Combo, which provided a nice portion of food at a great price. I have no complaints about this place whatsoever. I will definitely be adding it to my list of favorite restaurants.

Busy dinner rush and the staff was top notch. They were friendly and smiling, apologizing for inevitable dinner rush details. Nice to see servers happy and obviously liking their jobs and coworkers. Food was fresh and perfect as always.

I just need to give credit where credit is due. I tried to place an order online but was using a CC from my employer who is from another country, and it was just not being accepted. I called the restaurant and spoke with Amber, a delightful, unbotheredperson. She was so kind and patient when I had to call her back with a different CC, she even held my order. Amber even broughtthe order out to my car when I went to pick it up at a very busy lunch hour. I recommend their food not just for the great tasteand quality but because the customer service I experienced was top-notch! Thank you Amber for being great at your job.

The food was excellent, and the staff were fantastic. The cashier noticed I was juggling an infant carrier and a toddler, so they kindly carried my food tray to our table and even assisted with getting a high chair. The service was outstanding! I highly recommend this place!
