Mcdonald's - Hope Mills

Gave this place another chance out of convenience but it will be the last. People who work there are extremely rude and refuse to help you. If you ask questions or bring something they did wrong to their attention they act very offended. Just terrible customer service and the orders are always wrong. I will be driving extra miles to avoid this place.

So you really think people who can't get an order right actually deserve $10/hr, absolutely NOT. The phone number for this location is not in service, I had to call corporate to complain. Idk why I still bother coming here especially when I see their employees fixing their hair in the drive-thru window. I understand this newer generation of teens working there deserve a chance but $10/hr is way too much to pay them. The quality of the food and employees has consistently decreased. I'll go with my gut next time and spend my money at Arby's. Please everyone go a few extra miles down the road to Traemore Village location next to Harris Teeter.

This location dropped the ball today. My concern wasn 't that it was backed up because I 'm not an inpatient person. But customer service is one thing I look for, for sure. I was greeted with what was your order? , I responded with you want me to repeat my entire order? ....I 'm not sure if the system went down or not. Then he closed the window and proceeded to laugh with the other worker about me asking if I needed to repeat my entire order. He gave my order finally then asked me to pull up to wait for my 2 teas......I pulled up but when I saw that my chicken sandwich was burned, I pulled off not even wanting to go back in to that place. Management do better controlling your crew with customer service and consistency during busy times ..

Waited for my door for 20 minutes and my food was still cold the phone to call is disconnected very poor

I have been short and or missing items from my order also the lady to me was rude and very unprofessional
