Hokkaido Express - Hope Mills

Dinner today, lunch last week and dinner the week before the last: hibachi shrimps, hibachi chicken, fried pork stall.... We're here once or twice a month as long as I can remember that they're working on this place. Always fresh and delicious! Never disappointed!

We get from this place several times a month. Food is consistently very good. Rich portions! Never disappointed, not even!

I have come to this place for years and it is very consistent. The food is always ready and hot when we pick it up and it is my favorite place to eat hibachi. I think it's better than anywhere I've ever been. I never have problems with bad customer service and love that they give two white sauces per dish. The woman who always works the front area (and back) is very fast and efficient. I love this place and have been eating there for years. Many of the other reviews will enchant customer service, but I don't think that they don't try to pronounce your ear, they don't try to press you to buy something extra and they don't give fake passive aggressive smiles, which is why this place is so great! The work by COVID was probably a challenge in many ways and I am so happy that they have remained open and allowed me to eat here!!!! I love this place.

Very recommended. Always love these Hibachi bowls. All you get is good. The staff may not appear friendly, but they are efficient and professional! My family and I are coming back!!
