Dunkin' - Hoosick Falls

DONT GO HERE.(THEY ACT LIKE ITS ILLEGAL FOR THEM TO MAKE A STRAWBERRY DRAGONFRUIT LEMONADE)They never have anything and if you go inside to order you may think they will serve you... but no. they will serve anyone/everyone in the drive thru before they even think about considering to come over and even serve you. there donuts are not fresh. [VERY RARE] I have waited 15-25 minute's. they were out of the strawberry syrup for over a week. These employees need to be retaught. PLEASE FIX THESE EXTERMLY BAD ISSUES.

Poor customer service, literally took 2-3 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my existence. Smells like wet cigarettes in the store. No hot food was available.

If I could I would give negative!Dirty and terrible attitude! Bathroom is out of order in all their facilities even you shop!Subway food and I’m sorry I put gas in the gas station! ?

Literally the slowest service ever. Do not waste your time on your drive ; better to get a sit down meal. Hire more staff !
