Overpriced drinks were not good, we expected more being $22 each! Side note... walk over to Dukes for much better mai tais, more reasonably priced, better ambiance, and an ocean view. Service was ok. The stars mainly go to the live entertainment. Other than the music, avoid at all cost.

This was a one star review until management got involved. The way the management handled the complaint and took care to rectify immediately made me realize the importance of good hotel leadership.

What could be better? The service is friendly and fast. The food is awesome kinda pricey and the atmosphere is amazing! Outside dining is wonderful!

Great service all staff- courteous friendly. Need to update menu because our tropical drinks were good but presentation false advertisement no glass coconut- plastic cup) ?but server let us borrow tiki cup for picture taking ?? quick thinking service recovery ?

Food- good. We had lite breakfast dishes. Bagel, toast, fruit cup, continental brekkie. All were good.Service- good. Served promptly. Ambience- Great. I enjoyed where we were seated, under the shade by the pool and bar. I hope to return to try a more substantial meal. We had a nice time.Mahalo.
