Pizza Hut - Honolulu

The Pepperoni Mushroom Pizza was piping hot when I got it home. It was inside a heated box, which was a clever idea! My sister recently visited Tahiti and was craving a great American-style pizza with marinara sauce, so she decided to order it last night. We all agreed that the pizza was delicious. Thank you, Martin!

The Personal Pan Pizza was fantastic, but the regular Pan Pizza could have used a bit more cheese. Everything else was wonderful. The amount of toppings was decent, but I did wish for a little extra. I understand that times are tough, so that’s not why I didn’t give a higher rating; it was really just the cheese that fell short.

I primarily use the app to place my orders, and it's fantastic. The staff always gets my special requests right. My only issue is that the memory counter is small, and my order shows up in a box on the screen. I find it frustrating to have to double-check each bag, as mistakes can happen, but I understand the workers are busy. Even with multiple orders, the box can be cluttered. Given that it's a tight space and the soda machine is located in the dining area, I can see why they can't easily set up an outside table for pickups. However, I dislike having to rummage through other people's bags to confirm that mine is correct. On a positive note, it's probably the cleanest Taco Bell I've ever been to, the staff is quick, and they execute custom orders very well.

Pizza always gets hit or miss, no matter who does it. I have ordered several times from this place and it is the people who make the difference. You always greeted me with a smile and simple things like: How are you? Have a great day/night etc. Things that people should say, but we often forget. FYI This order was also great for pizza! Thank you.

My pizza arrived in about 20 mins, which is crazy fast! It was still very warm, but also cheesy and delicious. All the cheese/toppings were still on my pizza and not on the inside of the box...whohoo! PH got my toppings and crust type and flavoring correct and there was extra cheese! My driver was super chill, so I gave him a nice big tip too. This PH is so so dope ; Keep up the great work, guys! Mahalo! :D
