Buffalo Wild Wings - Honolulu

We always make sure to visit Bdubs whenever we're in the area. Unfortunately, we forgot last Sunday was playoff day and mistakenly tried to have lunch here. It was completely full. Today, on Tuesday for lunch, it was practically empty. The wings are consistently tasty.

I have visited the Ala Moana location multiple times, and my recent experience was excellent. I dined with friends and our server, Jarren, was outstanding. He was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. His recommendation of the mango habanero sauce was spot on, as it turned out to be the best sauce we tried. I will definitely request Jarren as my server the next time I return.

My wife and I visited the Ala Moana location for lunch on 1/13/24. We were seated quickly, but that was the only positive aspect of our experience. We waited for 15 minutes without being served water or having our order taken. The female waitress who was serving the table next to us completely ignored us. Shortly after, a family of four arrived and were served promptly by the same waitress who had been neglecting us. Frustrated, we decided to leave the restaurant and will not be returning. When I called to speak to the manager, I was abruptly hung up on after being told they were too busy to address my concerns. This poor treatment has deterred my wife and I from ever dining at BWW again, and we will be sharing our negative experience with others. It's disappointing to see a popular establishment treat locals in Hawaii this way.

This location is quite clean! Service was friendly too!

Once you find it on top of the parking garage, it is a good place to eat!
