Talk about a rude and cheap bunch of greedy scammers! Avoid at all cost.We were about to buy an entire meal, but asked for a cup of hot water to prepare our baby meal, he refused unless we brought our own things. We proposed to buy a coffee cup and he wanted to sell us the cup filled with hot water for $4.They could have made $50, they ended with zero dollars and this nice review.Cheers!

While I can understand the high prices and mediocre food, I cannot justify the lack of urgency and underwhelming customer service. We waited over an hour to get 2 orders of burgers and fries. Multiple parties who ordered after us were called before us and the staff did little to assist. If you can avoid relying on the snack stand and bring your own food to Hanauma Bay, I would do that.

We ordered 2 shaved ice Orange, mango. and Orange,blue vanilla. It was horribly made it seems they did not know how to make flavorful ice. Cheap business. I am giving it after trying shaved ice at Matsumoto Shave Ice. This place is just money making business. Tourist go for good experience expecting they would have good quality food. Unfortunately such places bring experience down.

Teri burger had a small chunk of pineapple instead of a full slice.
