Mak's Noodle 麥奀雲吞麵世家

A Michelin，long history，traditional Wonton Noodle can not be missed whenever my stomach has room in Central! There are many items on menu， but my favourite is simple Signature Wonton Noodle and broil green….. Hand picked tender green Guy Lan broil to perfection, drip of hot pork oil to glaze, just like french fries in duck fat, serve with good non overly salty oyster sauce, yum. Then my main attraction WTN, since it originally a snack therefore portion is small. 4 oz of fresh made egg noodle, exquisite simmered Earth Fish soup 4 one mouthful wontons! I enjoy it in my own sequence, first finish the wontons, then drain all the soup with the spoon and finally noodle with red vinigar…. heavenly! Being a locally borned Chinese, knowing the difference of WTN, only a few shops stand out in a jungle, yum!

We ordered the wonton and dumpling. We loved the wonton and dumplings, the soup was really good too. So far this was the best wonton and dumplings and the price was reasonable.

Favourite wonton noodles. Tried TST shop but I think Central shop have the best taste. Staff are friendly and helpful

This restaurant is consistently excellent. While the wontons are a must-try, be sure to also sample the shrimp roe noodles and the oyster sauce with vegetables. While there may be cheaper options in Hong Kong, this restaurant holds a special place in my heart as a core memory of Central. A visit here is definitely worth it.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and the prices are very reasonable! I love when eating consciously can also be affordable for everyone. The noodles were cooked perfectly, just the right texture. The soup itself was delicate and had a wonderful umami flavor. The only downside was a bit of a wait, but that just goes to show how good it is!
