Taco Bell - Homewood

Had lunch here today. I ordered on the app because it was lunchtime and I knew they would be busy. I arrived, checked in at the counter and then proceeded to wait. TWO people came in after me, placed their order, received their food and sat down to eat while I was still waiting for my mobile order. When I questioned the employee she said it was because they were busy.... ummm that does NOT explain why people that came AFTER me and ordered at the counter got their food faster than someone that pre-ordered before they arrived AND I was even physically in the building before they evewalked in. To top ut off, when I got back toothed office to eat, myorder wasn't even correct. This taco bell is normally fast and friendly, not so much today. It will probably be awhile before I return.

This store I'm not real sure about some cheerful employees some very apathetic employees the apathy starts at the register I've been to the store twice both times I asked for my food a certain way and get whatever they want to give me or the wrong order and or they don't read the prompter in front of them that tells them what I do not like on my tacos burritos etc again both times I did not get my food how I wanted it after standing on the other side of the plexiglass to the lift where I can actually talk to the person and explaining to them how I would like my food I made the assumption to not check my food before I left thinking that she understood me because it seemed like the person I was talking to understood me when I got to the place that I was going to eat my food I opened it up and had everything on it that I asked not to have put on it and it was mixed in like they didn't even read the prompter in front of them they just were drones in a beehive making honey so this one I might stay away from if you like your Taco Bell food without things on them that you don't like always check your food before you leave this store drive through might be great but I never go through the drive-thru for the same problem I go inside and talk to a real person and that real person still didn't understand what I wanted and it's fairly simple I do not think they train the people well enough at any Taco Bell how to use the checkout machine the register because she seemed confused when I was asking her to leave things in the box of food that I was buying so good luck and beware if you made to the end of my rant, good for you.

I think they have the worst service of any place I have ever been to. Rude and will just randomly let others pick up your order. It doesn't matter if you're the only one there, you will be waiting 30 minutes min.

Food tasted a little weird but I thought it was because I hadn’t had a Mexican Pizza in a long time. Nope. Just got sick off it. They were very polite and efficient though.

Quick in and out. This location is next to Chick Fil A so never really busy. I was thirsty and got a Mt Few Baja Blast frozen drink
