Chili's Grill - Homewood

Due to the manager not answering my call, I felt the need to share my experience. This was the worst service I have ever received. It is unacceptable to have a paying customer walk in and not be acknowledged for over 12 minutes. I ended up leaving without being seen or greeted by anyone. It is disappointing and I will be going elsewhere in the future. In contrast, at Buffalo Wild Wings, I was able to enjoy delicious street tacos and receive excellent customer service. I was tired of being mistreated by rude employees.

Unfortunately the waiter and assistant manager Ed , was really Mischievous where the waiter refused my granddaughter request to acknowledge her birthday and at the table behind Us was her schoolmate who was celebrating his birthday once they was seated the staff from the restaurant sang Happy birthday to him , and We where wandering if it was because of Our Echnic background So the manager indicated he had allowed them to sing Prior to us getting there , that wasn't the case cause We watched the team sing to a guess just before We were seated , after speaking with Ed I was really upset cause he indicated that it wasn't a big deal and he wouldn't allow it to happen to guess in the future they won't be singing anymore.....

I try to give places a chance but the service was HORRIFIC! My food was burnt when it came out as if it had just been sitting under the warmer for a long time. I received my drink that was for my meal at the end. At this point I didn’t even want my food anymore. Like this place has no structure and is obviously ran by someone who has no care in the world. The so called $3 margaritas were watered down. My group even ordered a drink that cost more and it was watered down also. Bathrooms were nasty no toilet tissue in them. Waiter held our drinks under her armpits like I’m just so unimpressed. DISAPPOINTED then after paying the waiter tried to inform the manger that we tried to “dine n dash” after the bill was paid n full

The experience was terrible. We ordered drinks and waited for the bartenders to fulfill our order. When our drinks finally arrived, they were cold. The fries were replaced, but they were also terrible.

The food was served cold and the clams were not cleaned properly and overcooked. The pasta was also cold and the cheese on the quesadilla was not melted. The salad was also awful. Overall, a terrible dining experience.
