Son Of A Pizza - Homestead

They serve Yeungling on tap alongside the best double mushroom pizza in town. The place is clean, and the service is exceptional. From the bar, you can choose to watch sports or, as I prefer, observe the gentleman skillfully making pizzas in a carousel-like oven. He rings a bell, reminiscent of those in hotels, to notify the servers when the pizzas are ready to be served. The sound has a uniquely Pavlovian effect on me, but I don't mind at all. Everything about this place is fantastic. It reminds me of what old Homestead could have been like if it hadn't devolved into a run-down, disoriented version of Kendall.

The food is amazing! Their garlic parmesan wings are the best, and they have the finest garlic bread in town. The blackened dolphin sandwich is also quite good. Mike and Deb are fantastic hosts!

I recommend all my 3,300 students to go to Son Of A Pizza restaurant. The best Italian Pizza Pie and service in town...
