The best dang ribs I've had in a while. Ribs were amazingly tender, and the sauce tasted great. Owner was very friendly as well, definitely worth a visit.

Tender pork ribs, but not seasoned well. Very little smoke flavor. Passable if you want ribs. You must use sauce if you want them to be digestible. Sorry, but my taste buds are Cajun, and Southern cooking adapted. Must be properly prepared, and basted.This is a rebuttal to the reply from Smokehouse 191. Seasoning, and heat are two totally different things. Basting is a different technique. My opinion, my taste buds. Take it as an opportunity to try something new.

I decided to try the barbecue ribs and coleslaw and chili it was so good and I will order again. The service was great and the food was great. The coleslaw was outstanding
