Pollo Tropical - Homestead

I'll be honest, the worst pollo tropical. Since I have ordered my meal in the app, I cannot really check my order as it is glued. That is, this Pollo Tropical has closed it before it ends, which means that I could not pick it up inward, but by the drive-thru. Since there were other customers behind me, I could not check if it was correct; so I was forced to trust that my food was as ordered. My fears come home. You have made my order wrong in so many ways that I don't think it counts like the same order. They didn't give me the BBQ sauce I ordered, nor the Dulce de Leche Cheesecake I paid; instead they gave me only Zilantro Garlic, and Key Lime Pie (don't taste nice). The main plate itself was good, but they did not respond to my request to charge more for additional bread rolls. After a short 11-hour shift at work, I had least expected that I had so much trouble if I were in her position. I never felt so inclined to write a negative review in my life. Don't order here at night.

If you order the drive thru or delivery, you?ll never the sauces or even the dressings with which the salads should come! not even a napkin! I have a few times too many at this point and even a few others in the area just to see that food is either wrong or incomplete. The best thing to do is go inside to fix the problem on site with them before you go because otherwise you? ll will probably be disappointed by your order here. Is the tropics even good services? Fast food or not? re still spending money here can't get what you want or even come with.

Literal spent an hour in the car. I don't know what took so long. And then come to find out that they take a car at a time. This is the worst experience I've ever had at pollo. I live right on the street and I'll never be back. It's just ridiculous. Eating wasn't even done right and they screwed up the order. Save your holiness!!!

Nice staff. Although the chicken was dry on both orders. I hope they can improve. The salad has become smaller, guess the whole situation with the supply chain and economy does not help. Nice place to eat. But the chef has to raise the game. The dry chicken is not the best

I ordered 1/2 chicken and an original family meal for an event at my church with Uber eats. They just brought me a pot with rice another one with beans yuca and plantain no meat at all.Everything went wrong that day. The uber driver was not helpful at all and I tried Calling the place several times and nobody answered
