The service can be a bit slow at times, as there is often only one employee handling both the drive-thru and in-store customers. However, the staff is always friendly.

This place once told me that she could not take cash on the running gear thru because they change shifts and it takes 45 minutes to balance the register. the worst thing is that when I asked myself to speak to a manager, he fought to another customer in a secondary register machine. he said he couldn't do anything for me that I had to wait with credit card or pay. incredible!

I visited this restaurant with my 3-year-old son. When I arrived, I was told to wait. Then, another staff member asked me to join the line at the drive-thru, but I didn't hear him and just stood there. The first person eventually came back and took my order. The staff was working really hard, but the lines were quite long. It's Dunkin', so I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, which was decent. The donuts were fresh, though! If you like coffee, this is a good place to stop by.

Doors to the store closed every day around 7pm or before forcing you to use the drive thru, management must look for a solution to offer a better service inside the store.

I was there today didn't like that the lady did not even give me my complete change just cause she didn't have it in her drawer.. At least tell me just don't keep it
