Big Shot Bob's House Of Wings

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. I paid $30 for 12 wings that arrived two hours late, cold, and were terrible. They were mushy and greasy. I also had to pay extra for dressing or carrot sticks. I recommend going to any other location as this one is terrible. The customer service was apathetic at best.

If I could change one thing about this place, it would be the atmosphere. The old and grease-stained carpet gives off a slight smell and doesn't make it very welcoming for dine-in customers. Kid-friendliness: They have more than one high chair available, which is a plus.

The food at this restaurant is consistently cold upon delivery and the wings are not sauced. They arrive cold and plain with sauce cups, requiring customers to reheat and sauce their own food. Additionally, it is frustrating that customers have to pay extra for ranch or blue cheese when ordering a significant quantity of wings like 16.

My kids always get wings and fries here, but I dont do wings.So, of course, I get a gift card for Bob's???After a while, I decided to see what they have and I saw the Chicken, Steak and Cheese Hoagie. Ok, I can give that a try.That's my new go-to that's just a few minutes away.It's hefty as heck, and I think it's cheap, in my opinion, for what you get. And I'm cheap, so if I think it's a good value, don't even question it.

Ordered a steak salad .steak was way to salty .won't be ordering from you again .last time I ordered a hoagie with mayo no Italian dressing .you didn't put any lettuce tomato onion or cheese ..done
