Pollo Tropical - Homestead

Order was incomplete, waiting time for service was about 30 minutes ????

Not bad but could be better, I have ordered A quarter of chicken rice and beans Cesar salad and soda once I notice at home, they gave me just chicken, beans and a little bread missing the salad and the rice called the number never answered!!! And told them about the issue 3 days after And never did anything to address the problem so other than that it resolves at least the hungry stomach of many Latin and others not bad!!! Lol I like it anyways!!!

Customer service is terrible. The food is not the quality of other franchises.

Used drive through so no atmosphere. Got a tropichop and it was the worse one I ever had. Chicken was dry, rice was almost overcooked and the beans were dry! I asked when we were handed the food, are the sauces in there? Yes, everything is in there, we were told. Nothing was in there. Very disappointed. Be a long time before I go back.

I brought a friend with me and I never thought I would like it so much, the fresh food is delicious and the staff is super nice and helpful.
