Chili's Grill - Homer Glen

Excellent! The margaritas were fantastic! Luke's cheerful demeanor was a refreshing change. His menu recommendations were very helpful, and the service was quick. All the staff were incredibly polite and upbeat. I will definitely be returning. The food not only looked just like the menu photos but also tasted amazing!

Chili's offers decent food, but that’s where the positives end. The service was quite disappointing, and we were bothered by bugs while we were eating. It was quite frustrating... The manager wasn’t helpful at all, either!

The atmosphere could have been improved with better air circulation and a way to lower the shades on the windows facing the sun. During a significant part of the meal, the sunlight was shining directly in my face.

My food was cold and not cooked as I requested it. Missing ingredients that was suppose to come with my meal. The corn on the cob ,that was served to me, was not fresh and tasted disgusting. The portion size of their food was small for their prices. They're understaffed, it took some time to even get a waitress to serve us. Overall, I don't recommend this restaurant.

This is the third incident that we had at Chili?s in Homer Glen! I don?t think the servers care about hygiene at all. They always looks so dirty, and my last visit the guy had a full runny nose serving food. I will never return to Chilies again I?mabsolutely disgusted. I couldn?t even eat there we left there running!
