Idaho Pizza Company - Homedale

It took 4 hours to deliver for a pizza. When we got it, the cheese was hard. And for the last 2 hours we waited that no one answered the phone to tell us what was going on, I will never order from them again

For a small town pizza place, the elections were great. We had a hot wing and garlic chicken pizza, both very good, the crust was very nice. Some things did not work when during our visit, but part are hard for all to get now. Would come back when I am in this area of Idaho

Pizza is good, but the service was terrible. We waited for half an hour and never got our pizza. After watching people get their food coming in after us, we asked about the counter and they didn't even begin to make it, but they said they would do it immediately. After we get more people their food when we wait, we asked again for our food and they still had?t started to make it, so we got our money back and went. We've been waiting with 5 kids, kind of hard to miss when someone's watching. Of course we won't be back.

If I could give it less than a star, I would. My friend and I ate at Homedale for the first time. I almost didn't even want to get in, just see how dirty the door was (gross!) but we went in, and as we pay for a buffet, I put the floor in the kitchen that scattered food/scraps. I was then handed over a salad bowl that I had to return because it wasn't clean. The cashier gave me a new bowl with her hand that just had cash in it. I then drove to the salad bar and was really disturbed how bad the salad was soggy, wild and just unfresh. I was tried at this point to ask for a refund and find another restaurant. But we were pretty hungry, so we both ran the salad. Most salad bar offers were low, had other sides mixed together, the utensils were pisteped, and the broccoli was gray at the cutting ends (not fresh). I was not very impressed by the cleanliness, or the lack of the men's toilet. But at that time I was not surprised. The final of our disappointing experience was when I went to the counter to see if they had toothpicks. They did, but they were decorating the cocktail style with fuzzy on the tops. The container had to be opened with both hands and the contents were carefully selected without touching the rest. Problem was, you could not say if they were new or used!! I pushed the exit door to go (can't do it fast enough! the glass was terrible smash and the handle was sticky! I was at several other IPC locations and that was the worst I visited. In my opinion, the caldwell is also subpar. But the wise and fruitland definitely do something right. If I were you, I would get out of In Homedale.

Food is good. However, our service was terrible (with the exception of the woman taking out orders and bussing tables, she was phenomenal). We were traveling and thought stopping for pizza would be a good rest for us and our toddler. Could not have been more wrong. After waiting 30 minutes and noticing everyone ordering after us were served, we asked about our pizza order. We were told by the kid at the counter that he didn?t know where our order was and that it was ?lost? without letting us know how this would be remedied he ended the conversation and walked away. My husband and toddler went to the car, at this point we had been there an hour and our toddler couldn?t hang. Our pizza was finally brought out with no explanation. We understand that it was busy but the level of incompetence was astounding, especially after having to listen to the same employee complain about how busy it was (after watching him stand at the counter doing nothing while his co workers were busting out pizzas and cleaning up after large parties of customers). We will never stop at this location ever again because of this. The pizza was phenomenal but I would recommend teaching the front counter staff some customer service skills.
