Despite many free tables, as we accepted all reserved, we only got one table in second row. other guests dressed nobel, got a place on the window without problems. already at the reception, so guests are divided into a minor payment and otherwise not so payment-willing. Unfortunately, we only got this in the course of the evening. Eating was ok, but not appropriate for the price. overbacker spagel came with cold potato. after complaining they were obviously warmed in the microwave (the plate was then very warm) - for 18€ I expect something else. the calf liver was good, the nice one too. the kartoffelbrei was lukewarm and not special. the carving was also good, the carrots and the sweet also lukewarm and not very tasty. also the sparing gel cream as an appetizer there is better for this price. the best: tables at the window that came after us got the food significantly faster than we did. so we were allowed to wait 1:20h for our food and were comforted several times. Looking back a cheerfulness and incomprehensible to ourselves why we did not just go. the bauzers makes up raised kitchen and places worth on guests with tie. the price, the kitchen and the service is standard. never again!
Despite different opinions from our well-known circle, we wanted to try the restaurant bauzers in the weserhotel schwager himself. the reception was accommodating. then 3 different baguettes were added with butter cream as an amuse-cook. the food we ordered was excellent and rich. also the service has rounded off with the friendly art the eating. we can recommend this restaurant
