Burger King - Holt

The burger was delicious, but the chicken nuggets were not as good. The restaurant is always fresh and the food is salty and yummy. I love going there around 9-10pm.

This restaurant review is poorly written, but it seems to be criticizing the experience of ordering a specific menu item and drink at the restaurant. The reviewer ordered a "flapr junior" with extra pickles, extra cheese, ketchup, and a specific type of soda. However, they received the meal with the wrong toppings and the wrong drink. Despite trying to correct the order multiple times, the waitress still got it wrong. The reviewer also mentioned that the waitress never asked about the drink preferences of their companion, who can only drink a specific brand of soda. They had to send the drink back because it was not the right one.

We ordered 3 frozen drinks, but only received 2.5 drinks. I was confused as to why a drink filled only 3/4 was served. When I asked for it to be filled up, they refused.

I would not recommend this burger king to everyone, it took 25 minutes in the line when there was only one car before us, he ordered a frozen koks and a whopper jr. meal, that took 25 minutes after he got the line when we stood up there, I approached them and asked them what the problem was, and they said they could not hire any with workers because the administration is so bad

Understandably they had a very large orders in the Drive-Thru but it shouldn't have taken 20 minutes to make 2 burgers, 2 fries and jalapeno bites. On top of that why did you guys give out 5 ORDERS AFTER US and our food was still cold. Next would have to be the incompetent workers, we had 2 coupons (one for burger day which was FREE and the other one was a regular coupon) and yes still made us pay for the FREE BURGER. The manager was tall and very sweet/understanding but his teenage coworkers obviously don't care about their job. One more thing, even serving those 5 set of people before us, THE CREW GOT THEIR ORDERS WRONG AS WELL, they still didn't wanna listen and replace the orders. Worst bk I've ever been too and I hope their attitudes/work ethic enhances before they run your building out of business.
