Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I want to start this out by saying that Papa Murphy's is my favorite takeout pizza. I have always had positive interactions in other locations.We have now tried this location 3 times since moving to the area. The lady who appears to be running it is incredibly rude. First time we were in, she just acted like we were wasting her time.Second we did an online order, one of which was a create your own. My email receipt clearly stated the default red sauce. She instructed her staff to make it without sauce because I did not specify a sauce? It was the default, if I wanted no sauce, I would have specified no sauce and it would have been on my online receipt. We got it corrected, but not after her quite literally scolding me about putting the order in wrong.I digress, we tried again last night. I should have known by the vibe when I walked in that she was on a roll again. I walked in to a handful of very somber people standing there with their heads down (much different than the vibe in our old city...even if there was a wait, the vibe didn't feel off as you waited, it was just busy). There was quite a wait. Had she not been so rude about it, I would have placed my order and come back. I instead went down to Pizza Corral, where I ordered a great pizza and was met by some very friendly people.I'll gladly drive down to Onalaska to not have to deal with her again.

Picked up my online order no other customers in store was not greeted, told them I had an online order and they pointed to a rack for me to find it. Ok whatever! I get home and the pizza was pathetic!! They seem to be smaller every time I order (med sz) plus I ordered sausage/ pepperoni and the sausage was nothing more than a few crumbs! This is not the quality pizza we typically enjoy from Papa Murphy's. Don't think I'll be back.

Worst location in the area. Poor quality on food made. As you can see, that's supposed to be a pumpkin pizza and the monkey bread is half empty with just a big blob of bread not separated. Little effort put into their work and hard to get ahold of someone for refund for subpar service.

Last 2 Tuesdays I stopped in to order a pizza, girl behind the counter told said both times they won 't make a pizza in store and only to order ahead. I 've worked in the food service industry several years at multiple places, you don 't ignore in store customers for call ahead orders. There were 3 employees, 2 could have continued making the call ahead orders while one prepped and rang up the one pizza I was trying to order. One of the times she said don 't bother going to the onalaska location cause they 'll tell you the same thing which I wasn 't planning on doing anyway but it was interesting to hear. I didn 't catch her name but she needs to work in a different industry.

Avoid this location. Horrible I have to avoid my hometown location. Horribly put together rnessy pizzas! Horrible service! Multiple occasions I placed an online order at work ,to pick up hours later, only to arrive and find out it was never done. Like 6 hours early!!!!! Told I needed to wait longer when I arrived. Just absolutely horrible! I would not be sad. Just close.!
