It's Just Wings - HOLMDEL

We have had these wings three times. The first two times they were good. I don't know what happen today. We picked them up within 10 minutes after ordering and came right home. We immediately opened the boxes to eat, the boneless wing were cold and soggy, their was only one curly fry and the rest of them were end pieces of the fries. The other order we got were 8pc boned wings, there were only 7 pcs and the fries were in same form as the other order. Thank you, Disappointed customer.

Too bad I have to give a 1 star after eating for the time. I understand the hard times restaurants are but that shouldn’t affect the service and the good, if fact they should improve them to attract customers back. The service was slow and the food more than mediocre. I ordered the special 2 for $25 to share with my grandson. Caesar salads were limp and saggy, quesadillas were half dry and empty, no cheese(looked dryed out) or chicken. The fajitas chicken, same totally dry, the first guacamole was black so I asked for another one I was given another brown one. My grandson asked for dessert, got his, ate it and the waitress hadn’t been back to get my dessert order. ?!?! Bad service, worts food.

If you enjoy wings without sauce and flavors that all taste alike, then this is the place for you. If you're a fan of Tyson popcorn chicken cooked in your oven, you might find this restaurant somewhat satisfying, though it's just a notch below that quality. A side note: the only dipping sauce they offer is ranch, which might be fine if that’s your preference, but most wing lovers tend to prefer bleu cheese dressing. They really need to improve if I’m going to consider ordering from them again. I’m not sure what the problem is since Chili's has good chicken.

I've ordered from this restaurant three times, and each time, the wings were cold and dry. There was barely any sauce on them, so I had to use my own hot sauce to make them edible! I really love wings and curly fries, but this place needs to improve. This quality is unacceptable!

I had a terrible experience with Door Dash service from this restaurant. The manager showed no concern when my food arrived over an hour late and was cold. She simply told me to address the issue with Door Dash. I really wouldn't recommend supporting such a thoughtless establishment, especially when it comes to food. The manager was quite snarky and seemed indifferent to my complaint. She outright refused to resolve the issue with my order.
