Bidrage med feedbackThe absolute worst service I've ever received. We had to wait a half hour for two breakfast sandwiches which we never got because we just left. The person who took the order didn't say a single word to us. She just looked at us and waited for us to tell her the order and then nodded at the credit card machine. We ended up leaving without our order because there were three parties ahead of us in line after waiting a half hour. This store needs a serious evaluation by management.
Super slow drive thru. Me and another car had to pull off. They Could also be friendlier at the order box wouldn?t hurt
I needed a cup of coffee a Boston Cream donut, so I went into the drive thru I waited, I waited, I said hello nothing, I drove around to the window someone who seemed highly irritated that I was even there asked me what I wanted I ordered an XL coffee my donut her response was ?we don?t have any donuts? it was 5pm, so I asked ?is that because you?re closing now?? She said ?yes? but when I checked their hours, they were open until 8pm imagine running a Dunkin Donuts without donuts? No customer service, no donuts I recommend going to non chain where they still remember what customer service is
The dine in cash register to place your order has a major blind spot. When you walk in and stand in line the attendees can not see you unless they are standing at the register. Has to be one of the worse dunkins I've visited.
For all the hype, I think Dunkin Donuts could be more creative with their Donut offerings. All donuts taste like a variation of fried flour and sugar.. I wish there was more customization and gourmetness about it... But... Then again, I shouldn't have high hope when I basically paid $6.99 for 6.
