Disalvo's Pizza Italian - Hollywood

This place serves great food! The staff is amazing, and the kitchen staff are some of the nicest people I've encountered. Very friendly and it's always a great experience, whether dining in, or carrying out.

After 8 months I am rewriting my review and I am naming it 3 strikes and you are out. Tonight we had a wonderful waitress but this restaurant is managed like well Poorly Managed, shortage of soup spoons, had to use a teaspoon to eat my soup, this was the beginning. Then when my meal came the Chicken Parm was burned on the bottom and the kitchen just poured sauce on top, oh what the hell the customer won't notice. This is the 3rd marginal experience. About 2 months ago I ordered pizza to go and the website specifically said for the 46th Av location, well when the driver I sent to pick it up they said no this is for the University location. Nothing to compensate for their error. Then last November when we ordered food for a party, to go, and all of the cheese was stuck to the top of the foil container. Again no let us make this right, nothing. Officially off of my list of go to places and honestly this place is run like they have just lost interest!

Amazing food and service for a great price. The portions are large and all the food was delicious. We were immediately greeted when we walked in and provided with a booth quickly. I highly recommend the Chicken Parm over tortellini it was delicious. Parking: Lots of parking all around the restraunt. No cost associated with parking. Kid-friendliness: This is a family friendly establishment.

I would like to compliment DiSalvos Restaurant in Hollywood for the excellent customer service I received from their staff. I had a little matter with my takeout order and the Manager Howie was so pleasant and friendly to resolve my issue he went above and beyond to rectify the matter which was totally unexpected. The Hostess at the front counter was friendly and accommodating I wish other businesses would have the same customer service. The fish of the day is very good. Keep up the great work.
