I had read it was going to be one of those closing due to the issues of homeless, etc. and when I drove by Tuesday, it was already all sealed up. I know there are a few other locations within throwing distance, but I'll miss this one due to nostalgia. Hope the employees were able to jump to another location, or pursue other things. 1995-2022.
Worst location attitude rude incompetent. love that person yelled at me for being next to mobile counter last time just waitng for my drink but today MILLION people there guys eating and drinking on counter, complaining woman with her huge drink order barking at barista. disgusting. so slow then they cant even get order right. my hot drink was NOT HOT was lukewarm cold awful. **** FOR A $6 COFFEE. then they have attitude if you ask for straw or stopper etc. ask you to WAIT EVEN LONGER AFTER YOU WAITED FOREVER FOR YOUR DRINK. not my problem your busy being busy and backed up doesnt mean you make my coffee wrong, bad and unacceptable and then have an attitude about it. worst location worst customer service worst management.
Great Starbucks. Had a rough time with a difficult barista this morning, but they are generally quite good.
Love this Starbucks! Made a quick pit stop here on my way to Santa Monica, and I really loved the decor inside. This area is smack dab in the middle of WeHo. The pride mural inside as well as the numerous pride flags made me soooo happy, especially during the month of Pride! The workers were so attentive to the details of my order. I simply asked for light ice and the barista made sure to ask me, You asked for Light Ice right? I just want to make sure that it 's all good . To which I replied, Of course! It was great! Little details like this, even at just a quick pit stop to Starbucks, changes the whole experience for days to come. I got the Chicken Bacon and Shaken Brown Sugar Oatmilk Espresso my go tos! I recommend for you to get these as well if you 're on the go.
Today I came in for a matcha latte and it was painful for me to observe the BULLYING going on between the workers. The barista fallon was on duty sweeping when I came in, while the other workers crowded in a corner behind the register looking and whispering about her with disdain. When I arrived to the register, they instructed the barista fallon to take register duty and that, the red hair barista was busy when in fact he was standing around talking badly about the barista sweeping, who was then now helping me at the register. This was very intense work place bullying I witnessed and it’s not acceptable in this society. Everyone has to live life, everyone has to work, do not make it harder on them by providing an unstable, bullying, workplace. Please do better management, and to the baristas today working aside from FALLON, you guys are very mean and need to grow up and do not bring bullying to your work place. If you are a manger assume the responsibility of justice. The barista who helped me, fallon, deserves a work place in which she can do her job without unnecessary bullying. That was bizarre to witness.Customer service keeps a business running. If customers are not happy, there is no business. It would be in the company’s best interest to take reviews seriously. Thankfully, Starbucks products and coffee speak for themselves but the employees at this location need perhaps stronger, balanced, kinder, management. Watch the cameras of this morning and you will observe very bad behavior and bullying from the employees even without audio. Please work on this.
