Burger King - Holly Springs

Given that Covid had at times reduced their staff to just two people managing the entire restaurant, I am truly impressed by how friendly and accommodating the staff have been, even while dealing with other customers who were upset about the slower service. We anticipated that things might take a bit longer than usual and were very pleased with our meals. We had special requests for our burgers, and they were all fulfilled. The sides were served nice and hot, making them perfect for our takeout. Well done, BK staff!

I ordered online and came to pick up my order to find only 1 guy working. I give him so much credit that he shows up and does everything he could to manage the store alone. On everything he still has my order right. I hope people can understand the stress that many people in this industry are going through and being respectful to those who actually appear.

The opening hours seem to differ from what is posted. It looks like they operate from 12:30 PM to 8:00 PM, but it's probably best to call and confirm. I placed a mobile order at 11:20 AM before realizing something was off with the hours. I had heard that they had staffing issues a few months back, but I was hoping things had improved. Unfortunately, my order wasn't ready until 12:30 PM, after I had already returned home. The wait was slow, but I wasn't too surprised. When I finally picked up my order, I was pleased to find that the food was quite good (I had the Ch'King). So, I have to give the staff credit for managing to deliver despite the challenges this place faces.

The Burger King in Holly Springs always has good food and good service. The kindness of this staff is amazing and if you have a chance to be there when the General Manager is there, he always has a smile on his face and is as pleasant as possible.

Burger King has really improved their chicken sandwich offerings. I was planning to go to Chick-fil-A in Holly Springs, but the line was so long that it wrapped around the corner and onto the main road. So, I decided to go to the Burger King across the street instead. I have no regrets—we truly enjoyed our lunch combos!
