Supreme Sushi - Hollister

We celebrated my husband’s Birthday here this past weekend and we were so happy we chose Aj Supreme sushi! Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our big family! Food is amazing! My personal favorite is the taxi roll and chicken teriyaki bento box! We will definitely be back! The best sushi in Hollister!

Literally the best sushi in town, And the only one I'll go too. The service is always on point, and the lady that runs the register is always super sweet.

Surprisingly good! Mexicans chef's throw it down with the sushi! Small place. Con is that the service is not the greatest. It's a little slow and there was one waiter that didn't let people sit where they wanted and they way she asked them to move was a bit rude and rushed.

Sushi was delicious. Thats all I have to say. Lol Service was good too. Can't wait to go back when we are in the area.

Excellent food. We are coming back here... often. We got the mixed tempura, salmon sashimi, salmon teriyaki, CA handroll, and the San Benito roll... this is all that is left.
