I can not recommend the hollis country cuisine enough! I called 3 days before a event that after quiches to serve 40 and john went over and beyond helped me to determine my menu and everything hot and ready for the time I needed! Many guests shared it was the best quiche they had ever!

If the meal weren't great, we wouldn't go all the time. Steak tips are amazing. Skillet breakfast, tuna, salad, pasta with seafood. take their choice. take your time, enjoy your journey!

Great food that is ready to order. ask for special questions. pretty waiter. casual atmosphere. we're coming back.

It was our first time in the hollis country kitchen. eating was spectacular and our waitress was friendly! we'll be back soon!

Got the avocado bacon burger! Was cooked a perfect medium rare. Loved it! Will 100% be back. I've heard they have good homestyle takeout dinners as well.
