Rick's Express - Hollandale

I've observed multiple times that the cashier handles cash and then goes directly to serve food without washing her hands. When I asked her to either wash her hands or wear gloves, she seemed annoyed but eventually complied. It seems like this cashier works full-time since she's always there. I'm quite disappointed with her customer service, and I believe she needs to put in more effort for the customers. Not to mention, there are always flies buzzing around the food area! Overall, the attitude and customer service here are very unprofessional and unsatisfactory!

I have noticed several times that the staff handling the cash do not wash their hands before preparing food. When asked if they would consider washing their hands or at least wearing gloves, one staff member became irritated but still proceeded to serve. This particular employee seems to be there all the time, which is quite disappointing. Their customer service leaves much to be desired, and they should be more attentive to customers. Additionally, there’s often a fly buzzing around the food container, which is quite off-putting. Overall, the attitude and service quality were very unsatisfactory.
