Starbucks - Holland

The staff behind the counter are fantastic, and there are also wonderful visitors who come to work, reflect, or spend time with others.

My friend and I visited for coffee, and while I received mine within 15 minutes, my friend never got hers. We ended up waiting nearly an hour, from 2:45 PM to almost 3:30 PM, and still no coffee for her. She approached the staff once to inquire, and they explained that they were quite busy and trying to expedite orders. We understood that they had a lot on their plate, but we grew tired of waiting for just one coffee. Unfortunately, I don't think we will return.

Natalie managed a high volume of orders during a Thursday promotion with impressive skill. She demonstrated a fantastic work ethic, kept a positive attitude, treated customers with respect, and crafted delicious drinks. She truly represented herself and Starbucks admirably. Thank you!

Drive thru barista was AMAZING!! It was one of her first days and while my drink was being made, she had a good conversation with me! I hope she sees this and it makes her day like it did mine! Will definitely be coming back! :

Amazing location with a crew that do their best when it’s crazy busy on BOGO days. Give them grace and tip them well ? they are all rock stars ?
