Simpatico Coffee - Holland

The atmosphere was fantastic, and the nitro cold brew was incredibly creamy and delicious. I added coconut flavor, which I highly recommend. The service was friendly, and I really enjoyed the overall vibe of the place. I loved all the plants!

I live 18 miles south of Holland, but I work in Holland two days a week. On one of those days, I always make it a point to stop by Simpatico for their fantastic coffee and outstanding service. Yesterday was a perfect example of this when Emmy was there to greet me. Interacting with such a friendly and attentive young lady is a lovely way to start my day. She engaged with the customer in front of me by name, and then she asked for my name before I left. This kind of personalized service is what keeps me coming back, even if it means going out of my way. And it's not just Emmy; I've encountered other staff members who are equally friendly and engaging. Thank you for the wonderful service and coffee! I hope you recognize and encourage these amazing young people, as this kind of dedication is so vital in today's world.

I absolutely love the baked goods at this place! The white chocolate raspberry treat is my favorite of all time. The coffee is smooth and delicious (I'm not too particular about my coffee). The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend checking them out!
