The service at this restaurant was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who were always willing to assist with any requests. The atmosphere was also wonderful, with a cozy and inviting ambiance that made dining here a truly enjoyable experience.

Stopped for 2 bagels and coffee. After 20 minutes, I realized they had somehow entirely forgotten my order. Had to remind them. I had requested ONE of the bagels to be toasted. I have been meeting a friend at this restaurant weekly for some time now, so this is a recurring arrangement. The food is decent, but considering the price, I would expect better quality. It is surprising that as a bread company, they do not offer any gluten-free bread options on the menu. The staff is friendly, however, if you inquire about dietary restrictions, they may offer to look for a physical dietary book (although most servers do not know where it is located and suggest looking online). When I specifically asked about gluten-free options, servers mentioned only two salads without croutons. Some servers later mentioned tomato soup (average) and squash soup (too sweet). The kitchen staff even gave me a piece of bread despite my request for gluten-free. It seems like they are short-staffed as I have had to clean my own table more than once. The bathrooms are not cleaned regularly enough. In terms of dietary restrictions, please refer to the information mentioned above. The service during dine-in dinner was rated a 3 out of 5, with the price per person ranging from $10-20. The food received a rating of 4, while the atmosphere was rated a 3. Recommended dishes include the salads.

I was thoroughly impressed with the location, service, dining room, cleanliness, atmosphere, and parking of this restaurant. It definitely seems like an A+ location. There are over 20 easy access parking spots available. The service was excellent, with a focus on brunch offerings. The price per person falls between $1 and $10. The atmosphere was also top-notch, earning a 5-star rating. And there is plenty of free parking available in the parking lot.

Today my sister and niece went to this facility for dinner. Also with a line from the door, Denise the manager (I think her name was), as well as the other staff went as fast as possible to finish our meals and perfect (also with two calls)! There were crawling mosquitoes, as we know, that they leave their head behind from time to time, who would not know patience if they were bitten them in the butt, but all employees kept a smile on the face and diligently tried to fulfill all orders. Kudos Holland, Ohio-Shop and your friendly staff. Glad a few bad eggs that felt that they were entitled to have not disabled your service for the rest of us, which patiently awaits a delicious meal
