Sadly multiple times they have ignored allergy requests for no tomatoes and constantly forget to put ordered food in the bag in the drive thru. Spent 40 dollars on food for my family, missing fries and cheesy tots, 8pc chicken fries only had 6, and both honey mustard wraps had tomatoes when the no tomato was even written on the wrapper. I was a bk employee for over 2 years at this location, I know the job isn't hard. They weren't busy. It's just lack of effort or care plain and simple

I got onion rings and the thing was filled up halfway and was SOGGY. Like nasty soggy . Same thing with the nuggets they were soft and cold. I paid for extra sauce and I literally only got that when I put other sauces . They missed 4 sauces and threw in whatever they could find . Like I paid for 4 ranch only got two of them . Yall betta be ashamed bc as someone who works in fast food I would never serve this food like this . Straight up nasty and will not be getting my money again ??
