No open sign in the window. Entered at 8:50pm on August 5th. Not impressed. Thislocation will be closed soon if this continues.
Nice place to eat noodles. Highlights: Good ambiance Friendly staff Huge menu within budget Must try: Cheesy garlic bread Japanese pan fried noodles
I've enjoyed everything I've tried here. The prices are a bit high, but that's typical for noodle restaurants. My favorite dish is the Korean BBQ meatballs. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and quick.
I was very disappointed with my visit to this noodle restaurant. I work at a Noodles & Company in another state, so I have certain expectations. Unfortunately, the person at the register didn’t know how to split the check, which is basic training knowledge. They also didn’t know how to apply an employee discount. After we received our food, I discovered that my buttered noodles didn’t have any butter or seasoning. My friend ordered the tortellini, which was undercooked and very hard. This is absolutely ridiculous—I’ve never experienced such poor service before.
The food at this restaurant has been inconsistent for several years. We've been coming here since it opened and usually order the same dish about 90% of the time, but it never turns out the same. Some visits are great, while others are not so great. Today, we ordered our usual Pad Thai, and I immediately noticed that there was way too much sauce and only one tiny piece of egg. However, the last time we ordered it, it was fantastic. It’s definitely hit or miss, and we probably won’t be ordering from here for a while.
