Five Guys - Holland Charter Township

Apparently—from the hype that reaches my ears—Five Guys is good. Unfortunately, in my two experiences at this location, I've had soggy food, extra wait time (past my pickup time), and incorrect toppings. Despite 5-7 employees in sight, everyone just seems annoyed to be there and I've had better food for half the price. When I called to report my incorrect order, I was told they'd remake it for no charge. Maybe if the food was good in the first place, I would've been tempted.

No thanks after the experience I had. This location is a big NO

I ordered food online, not realizing I put in my gps the wrong address, but they were all so willing to help make my food right then there for us! They were very empathetic towards me after a long day, I appreciate their help so much!!

Food was delicious..but what idiot would pay 10 dollars for a hamburger!? Wendy's is beteerand priced better!!

Food was superb, as well as the atmosphere. It did take us longer than standard 10-20 min timeframe but overall good
