Brann's Steakhouse Grille

Only a couple customers were there, and the service was very slow.

This restaurant does not like to make money or work. Call them with a 1.5 hours notice before they close and they are unreachable or do not bother to andwer the phone. They missed out on a $300 order. Customer service besides this time has been very average. 3/5 stars. Wouldn't care if they went out of business

08/08/2024 visit. I was directed to the bar area which was a mistake because the noise level was very high. Had the white chili as an appetizer and it was the highlight of the meal. Ordered the 8oz sizzler, mashed potatoes and gravy, and the broccoli. I asked for medium for the steak, it was overcooked to a medium well. The mashed were very good, the broccoli just average. Service was fairly slow, I think that they had two servers for the bar and the patio. There is a sign on the front door that says that they add a 3% surcharge for market adjustments. I felt that the meal was on the expensive-side for what was delivered.

Love the place. One of the best steaks around. Sorry they closed the one closer to me but will definitely go back to this one now that I know it's there

Best prime rib I've had for a while. The white cheddar Mac and cheese is amazing! Would highly recommend
