Leslie's French Pastries - Holladay

First, I have to say that the staff at the counter were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pastry itself was quite good, but there was something about it that left me feeling a bit unsatisfied. I couldn't quite put my finger on it; perhaps it was slightly dry? I'm not sure if the cake needed to be denser, or if it required more filling. It might have even been the chocolate sprinkles that contributed to the feeling. On the bright side, the buttercream frosting was delightful. I also couldn't resist trying a mint brownie, which turned out to be very enjoyable. The mint frosting was creamy and not too overpowering, while the chocolate ganache layer added a lovely finishing touch. I think I will definitely return for another visit and to explore more of their offerings!

I bought four different pastries, excited to finally try this local bakery, but I was truly disappointed as they were all inedible. It seems like some people must not have taste buds? It felt like a complete waste of money. I'm really sad about it.

A beloved spot in Holladay! The rum cake during the holiday season is absolutely delightful! Their selection of breads, mini cakes, and yule logs is also fantastic.

Lovely little bakery, the customer service was lovely and helpful! I love the fact that they have large and small eclaires I feel like not every bakery has that and it's super refreshing to see that diversity in selection. I got some of the apple fingers, a custard, some streusel, and a few eclaires I was very happy as all of the pastries were delicious. Will be visiting again!

Decent amount of options the German Brownie had a little to many nuts for my palate but the sweet cream on top was nice and soft. They brownies themselves were overall a good chew!We also had the cream filled eclairs, the chocolate frosting/cream above tasted like those gas station chocolate donuts however the cream on the inside was smooth and filling (no pun intended)
