Mcdonald's - Holdrege

This was the first time I've had fresh hot food from a mcdonalds in years. Absoluty wonderful.

The service at this restaurant was extremely slow. Despite being busy, the wait times were excessive. Additionally, the food was only lukewarm.

Can you believe we waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru line?

Each time I visit the drive-thru, the employee at the first window is consistently rude. They often make mistakes with my order, requiring me to repeat it multiple times. It would be great if they showed more concern for the customers.

I just went in to place a order at the counter and they refused to take my order. they said i had to place my order thru there kiosk. i talked to the manager and he told me it was there policy. they even offered to help me at the kiosk. what is the difference between taking my order. what a joke i left without placing my order. will never go here again
