Inconsistent, Service is decent Food is up and down. For example, they didn't bothering rendering any of the fat on the oxtails. So it's covered in fat and hard to remove from the bone. Normally when you're very hungry anything tastes good but I'm disappointed. Other days the food is decent but I will be trying other locations.

I have been coming here for over 14 years but this will be the last day that I spend money here. Today, I went in to place my order and the young man behind the register was angrily pacing back and forth ignoring customers. When he finally put his head up he asked. what do you want? I asked if there was any red snapper fish. He responded does there like there 's any fish? After some back and forth, I ask for the manager and he ignores me. I ended up getting lunch around the corner I rarely do reviews and often ignore rude staff but this young man really worked hard for this one star review! The behavior exhibited today isn 't a lack of training. There are people who are just miserable and should not be interacting with the public at all.

The store has just been renovated. This review is based on their new renovated store. The store looks nice and new but I did not like the price increase. Med Curry chicken went from 9.25 to 10$ a few months ago now they raised the price to $12.50! I can't afford to eat here now more it's sad. The food was absolutely delicious! The curry chicken was best in the Bronx and possibly all of NYC! Amazing freshness and amazing flavor! I will recommend this store but it's a bit pricey. Food was excellent!

Definitely won?t be going back to this location. After taking years off from buying food there due to limited menu options every single visit, I'm now faced with an inconvenience due to management not making sure their third party delivery carriers have the accurate operation hours. Then to be rude and not a bit of helpful in getting a refund, definitely did it for me. Will not be back even if I was starving.

I placed an order through UberEats for (2 Curry Chicken/With White rice) and (2 Spicy Beef Patties). My UberEats Delivery guy calls me and tells me they dont have White rice no more. They always running out of something anyway so it was whatever to me. But what i didn't appreciate was receiving only One of my Curry Chicken platters. They forgot a Whole Large order and gave me (2 Mild Patties) instead of spicy. Completely ruined my order and appetite. Im not sure of what the in-store experience is, However I dont recommend you order from this establishment on any Food Courier Application because they clearly dont know how to read and/or navigate through the apps. Why am I making such assumptions on their reading comprehension levels you ask? I called them and they couldn't read me back my order and told me I only ordered 1 meal. Thats a Bold Lie, when I have the receipt to prove it.
