Pizza Hut - Holdenville

While the customer service was good, I can only give this place two stars. I ordered a 2-liter of Dr Pepper, but they accidentally gave me Mountain Dew instead.

I ordered a pizza, but they came back to inform me that they weren't serving medium pizzas that day and asked if I would like a large instead. Really? The service was disappointing; the waitress seemed awkward and spent most of her time in the back with the cook. You could hear them goofing around, which was pretty frustrating.

There is a young woman who delivers from Holdenville Pizza, and she is absolutely fantastic! She is incredibly friendly and pleasant. I even tried to call the manager to commend her for her excellent service, but I had trouble with the phone line.

Feeding an entire Frac crew! The order was accurate and arrived on time. Thank you for that. I would have given five stars, but I was disappointed that there wasn't a discount for such a large order. It would have been nice to receive something in return, especially since we brought you a lot of business. We might consider going elsewhere next time...?????

The employees there are not patient, nor are they helpful ... its like ur a bother. And the food was Mediocre at best...
