Costco Food Court - Holbrook

I was highly impressed by how organized and clean this store was. The aisles were adequately stocked and had incredible electronic deals for the holidays. The bakery is fantastic! Especially in the morning when bread and cakes are being baked. I also happened to select this location for my vaccination, and the folks inside the pharmacy were true professionals who put my mind at ease. Overall a great experience, and I highly recommend visiting this establishment. If not a member, join and save! Enjoy!

We just left the Costco located in Holbrook, NY. When we unpacked our groceries we realized that the Realgood Stuffed Chicken package had been tampered with. It was opened and one of the servings was removed and the package was resealed. This is a new low that we have to now inspect packages from Costco? Major bummer. Every day there is a new way that people are getting ripped off. Costco is a great place to shop. We will notify management of what happened to us.

Costco Vision Center! They were rude and unreasonable. Had two appointments for eye tests with them at 4.00 and 4.30 pm for both my daughters. Got 15 mins late because of traffic and reasons beyond my control. They refused to take one of them. It was not an issue until to our surprise another person showed up at 4.30 and they took her in along with one of my daughters. Very frustrating to find such a behavior within a professional organization like Costco. Costco owns the responsibility and must ensure they are respectful and reasonable since this is located within their premises.

Came here recently with a friend to purchase groceries for a Fire Island beach house BBQ. All guests enjoyed the food. The Kirkland hamburger patties were gobbled up fast. Everybody raved about the high quality of the ground beef. People wondered where we bought them. We bought the frozen Kirkland Signature Sirloin Beef Patties 18 count for only 21.99. What a cost savings!! Had we gone to the local butcher or grocery store , we would likely have paid much more. Kirkland is sold exclusively at Costco. Many other brands for foods and non edibles are sold here. There are too many to name. It was definitely the garlic seasoned party wings that impressed party goers the most. They taste great when cooked on the grill, and they were gone like that! There was not one guest that did not like them. Free food samples are back! Today, I tasted some Kirkland goat cheese on Carr's original water crackers; Kirkland beef hot dogs; and Kirkland lemonade. Beach towels, goggles and sunscreen are just some of the beach and pool necessities sold at Costco. They even sell a few styles of Speedo swimsuits and trunks. The bakery makes delicious custom made cakes for large crowds. Costco shoppers cannot wait until Fall so they can buy some of their signature Pumpkin Pie. It is delicious, huge and cheap. It serves about 12 people for only 5.99. The pharmacy gives better bargains than CVS or Walgreens. Some medications cost me only a 1.00 for a 90 day prescription, and they accept manufacturer's coupons. The downside is that they are closed on Sundays. Costco Gas is cheaper than their competitors, but I got less mileage than I did with Exxon or Mobil a few years ago when I filled up my tank on my now defunct 10 year old car. Now that I have a brand new SUV, I will give Costco Gas another try. Overall, the benefits of shipping at Costco far outweighs the cost of membership. Staff is helpful and kind. Check out lines move quickly. Merchandise Return lines move swiftly. Full refunds are given as far back as 2012, says Front End Cashier Sue. There is a nine year threshold for all items if you are not fully satisfied with them, so next year it will be 2013, she says. An exception is electronics whose refunds are issued no more than 90 days after purchase. Remember to download the Costco app and use it to check in and out. I highly recommend Costco for everybody's shopping needs.

This costco is really busy in the rule. to hit the masses, they have to get there at 9 o'clock. They usually have good camps, but it changes, so if they get used to something. they may not have it next time. but I don't think this is specific at this point, I think that is a business thing. the workers are really friendly and helpful.
