I really enjoyed the gluten-free bread you have! The combination of fillings in the chicken sandwich is fantastic; I haven't had a chance to try anything else yet! I highly recommend it. Even though you mentioned that you can't guarantee 100% gluten-free due to preparing gluten items in the same area, I didn't have any reactions—and I'm quite sensitive to gluten—so it was worth the risk! I was very impressed that you use a separate chopping board for gluten-free items. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming!

I had the chicken sandwich, and it was absolutely fantastic! Even better was the service; it's not often that you find a place where you feel so welcomed. I'm not from Hokitika and only stopped in to grab a sandwich to take away, yet I was warmly greeted and asked about my plans, even though they were quite busy. The way they interacted with customers and the charisma of the man making the sandwiches created an entertaining and uplifting atmosphere. I will definitely return to this place whenever I'm in Hokitika! I wish there was a sandwich shop like this in the North Island. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Wow, the sandwiches at this restaurant are absolutely delicious! I visited today for my lunch that I won on Facebook, and it was phenomenal. The staff was really friendly, too. The chocolate chip cookies are simply amazing! I also had a refreshing beetroot, ginger, carrot, and apple juice that was so tasty. The portions are quite generous; I ended up eating half and saving the rest for later. This is definitely a must-visit spot for lunch!

Quite simply ...... yum yum yum! Fantastic fresh sandwiches, delicious milkshakes and all topped off by superb customer service . Highly recommend to everyone!

Great owners and vibes at this place. The Coaster, French and New Yorker are my favourite sandwiches. Their bottomless coffee is always top notch too!
