Burger King - Hogansville

We stopped by this Burger King on our way to Florida. My husband had visited this location just three days earlier after seeing a friend and said it was the best Burger King he had ever been to. He was absolutely right—it was delicious!

I visited this restaurant early on a Saturday morning, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. A wonderful young man in the drive-thru took our order; he was respectful and efficient. I was also impressed by how quickly we were served, especially considering it was 7 AM!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The employee working the drive-thru was quite disrespectful; when I inquired about a coffee substitute after being told they were out of tea, she audaciously asked, “What do you want me to do?” This kind of attitude is unacceptable. Overall, the service and the restaurant itself were lacking. I have no intention of returning.

If you want BK forget it, you’ll be better off driving 20 more minutes to Newnan! This location is horrible! The food is ALWAYS wrong! It’s never “have it your way” it’s have it how you get it! Don’t bother adding cheese cuz you’ll pay $1 per slice but won’t receive cheese! Ask for extra pickle get extra Mayo! Don’t bother asking for corrections if your order is wrong either, employees have awful, hateful, disrespectful attitudes which seem to amplified by the fact managers don’t train them properly! The wait time on an order of 2 whopper meals…30 minutes! I literally should have just drove past and went right to Newnan!

Very sweet employees working there. The whole crew deserves a 5 STAR!
